The defination and evaluation of individual targets is an important part of our talent management process. On an annual base you will agree targets and check the results together with your manager. Additionally, based on the requirements per job that are defined in our HAVI Logistics Compentency Model, you will receive detailed feedback on your strengths and development opportunities. The results of this appraisal serves as a systematic basis for the individual development measures.
For our top performers we also do potential assessment conferences on an annual base. The results from that process provides us a differentiated view on the future capabilities of our employees.

For that reason we offer a wide range of development activities covering for example leadership development, behavioral and methodical training, training on professional skills or language skills. Besides that our employees also receive on-the-job coaching and get to acquire new skills in specific projects. Depending on the individual needs and the requirements of the position we will find the right development measures for each employee.
Employee surveys and evaluation of superiors
We care about the opinion and the well being of our people. Therefore, we conduct an employee survey in conjunction with an evaluation of superiors on a regular basis to measure performance, minimise any negative issues and maximise positive growth and activities.
